Scania's Product Management system is a large-scale enterprise Java application at the heart of their operations. We were brought in to overhaul their CI/CD pipeline and boost confidence in their release process.
The work centered around setting up Jenkins-based build automation with job-dsl scripting to generate build pipelines and system test jobs. This meant automating everything from deployment to upgrades across test, training, and production environments.
We also handled the full software configuration management lifecycle—managing releases, third-party dependencies, and framework updates. Beyond the technical work, we set up and administered their Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence) and coached teams on modern development practices like continuous integration and delivery.
It was a multi-year engagement that transformed how Scania shipped software, making releases less stressful and more predictable.
